My Classes
My classes are inspired by my own practice which is Ashtanga.
I love the breath and movement synchronicity and the lightness of being having a dynamic practice gives me.
The heat we create during practice helps to create strong, toned muscles and works on removing toxins from our bodies.
In classes we explore poses that are familiar to ashtanga and I create new sequences to open and strengthen the body. I have learnt from many teachers and continue to do so, keeping my perspective fresh and evolving.
I enjoy introducing pranayama (breathing forms) and meditation practices to my students within an occasional class - different approaches resonate with different people and it is a good place to explore.
